PROFILE

Premier Mechanical Installations Ltd (PMI) was established in May 2003 in West London. Over the past Twelve years the projects we have undertaken have been varied with respect to size and value. These mainly consist of Schools, Hospitals, Office Blocks, Leisure Centres and Large Domestic Dwellings. In the last Eight years we have progressed into the Supply and Installation of Pre-Fabricated Pipework. These mainly consist of Data Centres, Energy Centres and Shell and Core Projects.

At PMI Limited we undertake the manufacture of Packaged Plantrooms, Mechanical Services Module systems and Plantroom Mechanical Skids. Due to our vast experience and understanding of Prefabricated Pipework and site installation we feel we offer a unique advantage over other companies within this sector.

Our Engineering Design Team can provide 2D and 3D drawings and models from Clients fully co-ordinated drawings. The Modules/Skids are then manufactured under controlled conditions within our workshop.

Our main clients are generally Building Services Contractors, however we have also successfully completed numerous projects for principal contractors and property developers, all of which we can provide references if requested including recommendations from respected well known Consultants and clients throughout the industry. At PMI we have Quality Assurance procedures in place to ensure all Modulated Systems leaving our facility are correct to manufacture drawings, tested and finished to the highest standards.

All welders at our facility are certified to the relevant standards required for the specification of works to be manufactured, all welds are stamped with the relevant welders code. PMI Ltd use independent weld testing companies to test welds to specification standards and quantities. All relevant certification can be provided prior to manufacture or will be issued with drawings, weld mapping and NDT test reports upon delivery of Module or Plant Skid.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for reviewing our Website and we look forward to hearing from you in due course.
